Campbell Park, Milton Keynes
India Day Milton Keynes (ID:MK) returns this summer with even more colour, culture, and community spirit! Taking place on Saturday, 28th June 2025, at the beautiful Campbell Park, this free event promises a joyful day out for families, friends, and festival-goers from all walks of life.
Following the huge success of previous years — drawing crowds of over 15,000 — ID:MK has established itself as one of the UK’s largest and most vibrant celebrations of Indian heritage. With traditional music, dazzling dance performances, colourful parades, and delicious food from across India’s many regions, it’s a festival that truly brings people together in the heart of Milton Keynes.
What makes ID:MK stand out is its inclusive and welcoming atmosphere. From soulful classical performances to energetic Bollywood numbers, there’s something for everyone. Visitors can browse local craft stalls, enjoy hands-on cultural workshops, or simply relax with a plate of samosas and a cup of masala chai while soaking in the energy of the stage shows. It’s a day of discovery, connection, and celebration — whether you're from the Indian community or just curious to learn more.
Organised by a passionate team of local volunteers, India Day Milton Keynes is a not-for-profit initiative aimed at celebrating multiculturalism and promoting community harmony. It's more than just an event — it's a reflection of the vibrant spirit and shared values that make the UK such a rich cultural tapestry.
Admission is free, but you’re encouraged to arrive early and make the most of the packed programme. To learn more, get involved, or apply as a performer, vendor, or volunteer, visit the official site: https://idmk.org
